Please see the attached flyer for the 2026 GSACEP Government Services Symposium, taking place from Wednesday, March 18 - Friday, March 20th, 2026 in Norfolk, VA. 

 

(1) Course Submissions (due November 3rd)

Proposals for didactics, workshops, panels, or case-based lectures can be submitted here or via the flyer QR code. 

 

(2) Research Submissions (due December 1st)

Abstracts, QI projects, and case reports can be submitted here or via the flyer QR code. 

 

(3) New Speaker Forum Submissions (due December 1st)

Short talks by residents can be submitted here or via the flyer QR code.

 

For presenters and all other attendees who want to see friends, build their network, earn CME, practice skills, or participate in the popular SimWars competition, registration will open on January 2nd, 2026.
