GSACEP Committees Seek New Members
Get More Involved in GSACEP!
Interested in being more involved in GSACEP? Join a committee! Most committee business is conducted online or via conference calls, and only takes a few hours per month. Please email gsacep@aol.com to volunteer.
Conference: Responsible for developing speakers and curriculum for our GSACEP Conference.
Research: Awards grants annually to resident research projects; establishes criteria and makes selection for our Research Forum at annual meeting.
Membership: Contacts members; solicits membership; plans residency visits.
EPIC: Works with the editor to develop articles for our newsletter.
Awards: Develops criteria for scholarships to SA and to The Leadership and Advocacy Conference; solicits submissions.
Website: Assists the editor.
Mentorship: Addresses issues important to residents and residents transitioning to active; cultivates leadership among residents and EMRA.
Transition: assists members leaving active duty.
50th Anniversary/History of Military EM: Documenting the history of the development of our specialty in the military. Creating display for ACEP's 50th Anniversary celebration in 2018.
